Architecture and strategy

We start by engaging the key stakeholders involved in the CRM programme - which should include someone from almost every team in your business. After understanding each team’s specific CRM requirements, we then design a CRM and CX blueprint that covers everything from the acquisition to the post-sale stages of the customer journey. We only recommend HubSpot if after we have gone through the strategy phase, we find that it is the correct CRM technology to meet the requirements.
