The Selection Process

HR Screening

Each application will be thoroughly screened by an HR Practitioner to see whether your experience and skill set is a match for the company and role. A shortlist of candidates will then be created. If unsuccessful, we will reach out to let you know and keep your CV on file for future roles.

Meet and Greet

Successful candidates will be invited to a 30-minute meet and greet with our HR Practitioner or Head of Department. This is an opportunity for us to find out more about you and for you to hear more about the role you have applied for.

Group 3586

Technical Assessment

We will send each applicant a technical assessment to complete and return to us within a given timeframe. Assessments will vary between departments and be aligned to the specific role. This will give us an indication regarding your level of skill set and in some cases, your presentation skills.

Interview with Head of Department

Successful candidates will be invited to meet the Head of Department. This step involves technical and competency-based questions and is an opportunity for you to present or get feedback on your technical assessment.

If all steps have been successful, and after a final discussion and clear reference check, an offer of employment will be made.

Questions

Diamond@2x

How long does the interview process take?

Our selection process varies from position to position as we want to ensure that both parties are 100% sure that it’s the right culture and skill fit for them. However, on average, candidates can expect the interview process to take 2-3 weeks.

Diamond@2x

Does Huble Digital support remote work?

Yes. At Huble Digital we offer three choices to each candidate who joins us: fully remote, hybrid model (two days in the office and three days remote) and fully in the office. However, if required, candidates may be expected to attend the office on specific occasions.

Diamond@2x

Are interviews held virtually or in person?

Where possible, we will meet candidates in-person but due to current circumstances, the majority of interviews will take place virtually across all our office locations.

Diamond@2x

Do I need to prepare anything for the interview?

No - just bring your authentic self and make sure you’ve brushed up on the job description and what we do as a business consultancy. The only exception is the technical assessment which you will need to prepare for further down the interview process.

Diamond@2x

What is the culture of the business like?

We have a strong knowledge-sharing culture within the company, so you will consistently learn from those around you, growing your knowledge and skills in all areas of digital. We have an international and culturally diverse team who work closely across borders, which we believe makes Huble such a fun and collaborative place to work.

Diamond@2x

Do I need Hubspot experience to apply?

Many people think that to work at a HubSpot consultancy, you need to be 100% HubSpot trained & certified. But that’s not necessarily the case. HubSpot experience is preferable (depending on the role) but if you are open to learning, have the right mindset, and have transferable skills for the role you are applying for, our incredible team will be able to onboard and upskill you in no time.
