We’re looking for an independent, experienced UX/UI designer with an aptitude for collaboration and open communication. They’ll be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction with our product offerings by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure derived through interacting with our products.
We strive for perfection on each project — your creative design and ideas should be original, valuable, built on solid digital design principles and enhance the digital strategy.
You will be responsible for four key performance areas:
1- UX Design: Design products (websites, landing pages, email, ebooks, web applications and other digital web assets) that delight users with their effectiveness.
2- Research and Development: Consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of all design, consider existing applications and evaluate their UX effectiveness, and understand user testing of applications, software and websites.
3- Industry standards and trends: Keep abreast of clients’ industry activity and make design recommendations based on insights gained. Regularly audit and improve our products and designs to ensure we’re up to date and the right fit in this incredibly fast-paced industry.
4- Strategy and process: Be able to follow Huble Digital processes and ensure rigour across processes, as well as being able to work and review with the Lead UX Designer and Creative Director and assist in developing and maintaining design strategies

At least five years of UX design experience in a professional capacity, preferably in an agency
Technically minded and able to grasp our technology stack i.e. XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Analytics, Adwords, Paid Social, Slack, Jira, Databox, G-Suite, Accelo etc
Excellent communicator with superb interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. You can build great client relationships
A basic understanding of Agile Marketing and ability to grasp and adjust to changing processes. A solid understanding of Inbound Marketing
An excellent eye for design, typography and detail. Excellent attention to detail with great accuracy and thoroughness and easily manages projects with many moving parts
A history of delivering high volumes of consistently great quality user experiences. Skilled at handling fast-paced, short lead-time client requests and take pride in delivering high quality work
