This is very much based on our capacity, but you’ll get an exact date through the sales process. We have a detailed resource management system that allows us to inform you of exactly when we’ll be able to assist you, based on the work we are currently providing and consulting on.
There are various ways we can work together, but the most common are “Do it for you” i.e. you outsource the work to us completely, “Do it with you” i.e. we do it together so that your team understand the processes, or “Show you how to do it” i.e. we train you and your team to be able to do it yourselves going forward.

Our team will initially do an audit of your existing setup. What HubSpot tools are you using, how well are you using them, what are you not making the most of, and what do you need support with?
Following the initial audit, our team will work with you to understand the key priorities for you to fix and improve straight away. There’s usually a tonne to get done, so this part is crucial to focus on the changes that will make the most difference for you.
Next is actual implementation. This is where our team will actually help and execute on the things that need to be done right away to make the biggest difference to your activities.
If required, we can help provide virtual or face to face training for your team. This can come in the form of a full training programme, or a one off training session on some specific areas of HubSpot.
Lastly, we move into ad-hoc support, where our team provides a number of hours of HubSpot support per month or quarter. This is your team's hours for phoning a friend, or emailing for troubleshooting issues that you need to fix and move on quickly.
