Customer Service Ticket Portal for HubSpot® Service Hub™

Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP also protects the interests of all of our clients and their customers, as well as our goodwill and reputation. These terms are so important that we cannot provide the Huble Digital CSTP unless you agree to them. By using the CSTP, you are agreeing to these terms.


1. Ticket Synchonisations

1.1

The CSTP provides your customers with an online ticket portal to view, filter and engage with the tickets they have opened in HubSpot® Service Hub™. This allows for all the tickets which you have imported into the CSTP to be synchronised with updates to these tickets that are made in HubSpot® Service Hub™.

1.2

In HubSpot® Service Hub™, you store and manage information, including notes and emails back and forth, on ongoing issues with customers in your ticket records. A ticket is tracked through pipeline stages until the ticket is closed. A synchronisation represents each of the customer interactions you have, via the respective tickets raised and managed, as they progress over time.


1.3

Huble Digital monitors the ticket synchronisations between HubSpot® Service Hub™ and the CSTP, of those tickets that are imported, and which are associated with the invited users, in order to ensure that fair usage of the server and database is maintained.

2. Synchronisation Limits:

2.1

For our CSTP products and paid Add-Ons to those products, we may change the limits that apply to you at any time at our sole discretion. Huble Digital further reserves the right to take any necessary measures to monitor and calculate usage effectively, including suspending subscriber CSTP sessions by remote means, if a subscriber exceeds the maximum number of ticket synchronisations of its subscription package:


- Starter Package at US$50 per month (billed quarterly) allowing up to 2,500 ticket synchronisations/mo or $45/mo billed at $540/yr on an annual contract;


- Professional Package at US$299 per month (billed quarterly) allowing up to 10,000 ticket synchronisations/mo or $269/mo billed at $3,228/yr on an annual contract; and


- Enterprise Package at US$899 per month (billed quarterly) allowing up to 25,000 ticket synchronisations/mo or $809/mo billed at $9,708/yr on an annual contract.

2.2

We may, in our sole discretion, allow for a margin of over usage. Any such excess in allowance is a discretionary indulgence. It is not a waiver or relaxation of the limits or our right to enforce them. Huble Digital may, at its sole discretion, recover the cost of the over usage from the subscriber’s maximum number of ticket updates for the next month or from the next subscription tier purchased. Huble Digital also monitors its systems for performance and accounting purposes. The information collected by us through these mechanisms may be used to monitor and assess compliance with the Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement and this Acceptable Use Policy.
