Ticket Portal?

A Customer Service Ticket Portal is an “extranet” for customers of companies using the HubSpot Service Hub to manage tickets. 

 

These customers have access to a secure website where they can view all current and past tickets they or someone in their company have opened, and then add notes to the ticket.

How to register

To register for the HubSpot Customer Service Ticket Portal, find the application in the HubSpot App Marketplace, or via the link below:

From there you will be able to sign up, connect your HubSpot Portal, and start the data sync (which can take several hours).

Inviting customers

To invite your customers to the Customer Service Ticket Portal, simply find the customer within the HubSpot contacts tool. Then, in the right hand margin, invite them to: 

 

- Engage their own tickets

- Engage all tickets linked to the company they work for

 

They will receive an email to register. Once registered, your customer will receive a link to the portal they can use to login with their email address and password.

View and filter tickets

The HubSpot Customer Service Ticket Portal enables customers to use filters to see different tickets in various pipelines and statuses. 

 

They can also see all recent notes added to tickets by all parties.

Engaging tickets

The HubSpot Customer Service Ticket Portal gives you the ability to view tickets and see all details and notes in a timeline format. 

 

From here, your team can add notes, which then notifies the ticket owner by email.

For a HubSpot Customer Service Ticket portal where you are generating up to 499 tickets per month, the cost is $50/month.

-500 to 1,500 tickets/month

For most customers.

For a HubSpot Customer Ticket portal where you are generating over 500 tickets a month, but fewer than 1,500, the cost is $299/month.

For larger teams.
