Finding the right HubSpot Onboarding partner in Singapore can be tricky, learn more about why Huble could be the right choice for you.

HubSpot is a powerful tool with many features. If you’ve decided to add it to your tech stack, you want to leverage it to its full potential so that you get the highest return on your investment.

One step to ensuring you maximise the benefits of the platform is a well-structured HubSpot onboarding plan.

When it comes to onboarding to HubSpot in Singapore you have two options. Either you let HubSpot guide you through the process themselves or you get the assistance of a Singapore HubSpot partner like Huble.

In this post, we’ll look at both, plus show you why you should choose Huble as your onboarding partner in Singapore should you go with the latter option.

Onboarding directly with HubSpot

Your onboarding experience with HubSpot varies based on the plan you purchase. But generally, you’re assigned a HubSpot consultant that works with you for the first 90 days.

If you opt for direct onboarding with HubSpot, you need to be aware that the consultant is more of a project manager that sets you tasks and homework rather than setting up the system for you.

This can be time-consuming, especially if you have a smaller team, potentially affecting your marketing efforts while you get your HubSpot implementation up and running.

This solution is perfect for customers looking to do their HubSpot implementation themselves, looking to replicate their exact current processes into HubSpot, and looking for a low-cost, low-support experience.

However, if you’re looking for an expert to set up HubSpot and get you up and running or are looking for someone to improve and evolve your current processes before building them into the HubSpot platform, then you should consider onboarding with a HubSpot partner instead.

How much does onboarding directly with HubSpot cost?

HubSpot’s onboarding cost varies per hub.

Onboarding with Huble

With Huble’s HubSpot Onboarding, you’ll work with a Solutions Architect to get HubSpot set up for you.

Using our tried and tested method of over 400 HubSpot onboardings, you’ll go through an onboarding process that gets your team set up and trained to start using the tool right away.

In fact, a growing number of household names in Singapore are choosing Huble for HubSpot Onboarding including Knight Frank Asia Pacific, caton, Manulife, Whitelodge, and QIP.

The process includes onboarding planning, foundational setup, implementation per Hub, and training & handover.

During the onboarding planning phase, you’ll be taken through a discovery workshop on existing business processes and HubSpot migration and a discovery workshop on non-functional requirements, with your Solutions Architect formulating your HubSpot implementation and specifications.

Next are 13 hours of foundational setup that can include setting up user accounts, dashboard reporting, setting portal defaults, setting up brand guidelines, migrating data via CSV, connecting Outlook or Gmail, and creating up to 10 custom properties.

Depending on the Hubs you are implementing, the implementation phase includes either 9 hours of HubSpot Solutions Architecture time dedicated to setting up Marketing Hub, 6 hours dedicated to setting up Sales Hub, or 9 hours dedicated to setting up Service Hub.

Finally, after approximately 3 months and with your implementation live, the training and handover phase begins, which includes live training and implementation walk-through, implementation of edits found within training, and secondary live training and walk-through.

Onboarding with Huble works for customers looking to work with a partner to implement HubSpot for them using best practices and advice, and are willing to pay slightly more than HubSpot’s onboarding for a higher level of service and input.

However, if you are looking for a bespoke large-scale HubSpot onboarding involving change management and CRM governance or want your processes and architecture reviewed, consulted on, and improved, you should consider our Advanced Onboarding.

How much does HubSpot onboarding with Huble cost?

When onboarding with Huble, the final cost is determined by which Hubs you’re onboarding and a foundational HubSpot setup fee.

The foundational HubSpot setup is mandatory but is only required once, even if you’re onboarding more than one Hub.

Advanced Onboarding with Huble

With Huble’s Advanced HubSpot Onboarding, you’ll work with a team of consultants including Solutions Architects, Marketing & Sales Consultants, and Project Managers to build a sophisticated HubSpot onboarding plan.

This usually involves discovery & governance, architecture & strategy, configuration, training & change management, and ongoing operations support.

In the discovery and governance phase, a steering committee is agreed upon along with discovery for marketing, sales, service, CRM, and data & integrations. This is followed by agreeing on an MVP.

Next, in the architecture and strategy phase, the future MVP requirements are agreed upon and a sandbox environment is set up. At this stage, you enter into marketing processes and lead management consultancy, along with sales process and service process development.

Here your CRM architecture is also set up, along with the specification of your ERD and data flow, while your views and permissions for users and security are specified.

Additionally, a data mapping and transformation strategy is developed followed by the importation of test data. Finally, the functional and technical specifications regarding your data and integrations are laid out.

The configuration phase sees the setup of marketing, sales, and service processes, the configuration of your CRM, the setup of users and security, the initial data migration, and the development of integrations and applications.

This is followed by a round of user acceptance testing and a round of iterations before moving from the sandbox to a live environment.

The training and change management phase starts with a second round of user acceptance testing and iterations, followed by the training of champions and teams per Hub, the documentation of an internal knowledge base, and the decommissioning of previous systems.

Finally, during the ongoing operations support phase, the ongoing MVP requirements are agreed upon, and ongoing change management and training are provided across all areas, along with ongoing HubSpot change governance.

This solution is best for customers looking for a fully bespoke enterprise-level HubSpot onboarding with a partner with an ISO27001 level of information security and that are looking to re-architect their current set-up, and build a future-proof system for their team.

However, if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful solution or have never worked with a consultancy, and are not used to paying agency or consulting fees - you might want to consider a different solution.

What does advanced HubSpot onboarding with Huble cost?

Advanced onboarding is a very consultative approach as we look to optimise and evolve your business processes, provide HubSpot CRM control and governance, and provide services that require sophisticated change management.

A team of Huble consultants will work with you during the discovery phase to provide you with a detailed cost breakdown based on your requirements.

Choose the HubSpot Onboarding option that works for you

Working with an experienced HubSpot partner like Huble allows you to benefit from their local context, understanding of the HubSpot platform, as well as having someone who will assist you to get it set up and running.

Additionally, if you are an enterprise with more complex systems and processes, a partner like Huble can assist with creating a bespoke onboarding process that caters to your unique needs.

If you prefer to manage your HubSpot account directly, then HubSpot can provide support by organising online calls for you with a consultant who will provide guidance through each call whilst setting out tasks for implementation in between each session.

Ultimately, it’s your choice whether you manage your HubSpot account yourself or lean on the expertise of a partner.
