This is an exciting role in a fast-growing international digital consultancy.
As SEM Lead, you will have a primary role in the execution of all client and internal SEO and Paid Media campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed and results are reported on accurately, including insights and proposed next steps.
You will have an active role in the development of creative campaign strategies from initial planning to implementation and be expected to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. You will need to develop an understanding of our clients’ businesses and the reasons and strategies behind client campaign objectives.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge and experience of SEO, Paid Media and Web Analytics. As a team lead, you will be expected to help your team grow and demonstrate and apply your critical thinking, numerical reasoning and strategy development capabilities.
Where applicable, you will be expected to attend or run client meetings, strategy workshops or client briefing/reporting calls and support with the preparation for these meetings and the delivery of relevant outputs.
Deep knowledge and expertise in SEO, Paid Media and Web Analytics, maintaining knowledge of the B2B and B2C market
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and meet strict deadlines
Great communication skills and ability to develop good client, colleague and supplier relationships
Proficient user of analytics tools, paid social platforms, Bid Management Software and SEO tools
Exceptional ability to understand and interpret data and translate this into digestible terms
Ability to work under own initiative and demonstrate an ambition to grow a team of skilled specialists
