Job Role Summary

As HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates.

You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company, following an inbound recruitment approach.

Day to day tasks will involve designing, planning and executing employer branding activities; planning employee referral programs; performing candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops; and deploying, managing and utilising HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be expected to source and find candidates qualified for open positions and design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.). You will be responsible for reviewing employment applications and background check reports and use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles (including attending career and college fairs, and similar events).

You will work closely with the leadership team to create and present KPI reports, present an analysis of hiring needs and employee hiring forecasts, and suggest measures for improving employee retention. As the recruitment team grows, there will also be an opportunity to lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization


6-10 years of experience as HR Manager or similar HR or recruitment role having worked with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, video, assignments, psychological test etc.)

In-depth Knowledge

Expansive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques. Strong knowledge of Human Resources law is preferred.


Experience with HR software, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools and experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.

People person

Team player, likeable and enjoys working closely with others. You have the ability to motivate employees and get the most out of people.
