Job Role Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be required to develop project plans and manage them through to completion. This means you will be identifying issues and problems, generating solutions and helping choose appropriate alternatives. 

In this role, you will be expected to check to manage project scope by assessing requirements, changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk

The goal of a Project Manager is to communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations while promoting good working relationships across a project.

KEY skills we are looking for

Communication

Must be able to provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress as well as communication on deadlines to all project stakeholders including the internal Huble team and Client Stakeholders.

Experience

Must have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in Project Management with proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Problem-solving

You can tetris schedules and find solutions where others can’t to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

Proactive

Must be able to apply a proactive approach in routinely tracking the project members’ progress against their project commitments. Track and report on the status of a project. Ensuring the project is on track, in scope and in line with clients goals and the client contract.

Motivator

You’re a motivator- with a firm, but fair attitude - ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables flow between departments

Organised

Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and meet strict deadlines.
