Job Role Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking, self-motivated and professional administrator that can be hands-on with day to day administration.

Key performance areas will include the following:

- Onboarding new staff members

- Offboarding staff members

- HR Administration

- General administrative duties

KEY skills we are looking for

Communication

Superb written and oral communications, and an understanding of how to communicate with people at different levels

Experience

1 - 3 years of experience in administration, a certificate in administration would be advantageous

Ethical

This role requires strong ethical conduct with the ability to keep the information confidential

Detail Oriented

Ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks

Self-motivated

You’re a motivator- with a firm, but fair attitude - ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables flow between departments

Organised

Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise work which includes but is not limited to monitoring telephone calls, scheduling meetings, managing shared inboxes and conducting relevant bookings as and when needed
