Job Role Summary

As an experienced learning and development specialist you will contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the Huble experience.

You will work closely with business managers and leaders to ensure their staff are trained in the standard Huble way of doing things which means you will need to have a full understanding of the various business units and their specific training requirements, ensuring staff are equipped with the competencies, knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work effectively.

KEY skills we are looking for

Communication

Superb written and oral communications, and an understanding of how to communicate with people at different levels

Experience

5+ years experience in learning and development. Management Consultancy Organisation experience preferred.

Training

Taking responsibility for coordinating, monitoring, evaluating and documenting all training activities across the group.

Detail Oriented

Must have an eye for detail! Able to check and double-check to make sure the right information is given.

Creative

Creative, analytical and persistent, with skills in lateral thinking and logical reasoning.

Change-Adept

Able to keep pace with change – keep up to date and build your knowledge as the business grows. Ability to think on your feet and be able to answer any left field question that may come their way.
