The role of Key Account Manager requires you to be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a long-term, trusting relationship with Huble Digital’s clients by understanding each part of the client's business and what they do.
You will be required to report on Client Health, this includes running the quarterly NPS surveys and sharing this feedback with the relevant teams and also checking in on the Client performance by setting up regular sessions with your clients to gather feedback on how the team is performing
You are also responsible for:
- Client retention of your portfolio of clients
- Managing the renewal process - Working with the Lead Consultant, the Key Account Manager is responsible for leading a client renewal. This includes but is not limited to; scope and developing compelling renewal proposals and seeing those renewals through to completion.
- Presenting at Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in a Consultancy or Agency
Superb written and oral communications, and an understanding of how to communicate with numerous stakeholders. Adept at high-level client presentations.
A need to understand the industries that their clients are in and be up to date on current affairs
Personable and likeable character with a high EQ. Candidates get what makes people tick and are a team player
An understanding of agile marketing and the ability to grasp and adjust to changing processes. Candidate takes initiative and always looks for new and better ways to do things.
Build the knowledge and understanding of your client and their business to such an extent that you can anticipate their needs and effectively help them to succeed
