We are looking for an IT Manager who is responsible for the supervision, implementation, and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.
You will ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within Huble Digital.
As Huble Digital's IT Manager, you will be responsible for five key performance areas:
1. Assist in analysing appropriate software and hardware solution and tools for the business as it grows and scales
2. Deploy, integrate and manage our internal IT Systems
3. Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guide for the organisation
4. Perform hardware support for the company
5. Assist with Onboarding and Offboarding of team members
At least 3 years of experience in IT Management. IT-related qualifications would be advantageous
Knowledgeable of both MacOS and Windows and experience working in Google Workspace
Excellent written and spoken communication skills. The role requires the running of several ongoing projects so it is very important that the wider business is kept up to date.
Strong technical skills with an interest in and ability to learn new systems, processes, technologies and hardware
Strong attention to detail and able to identify solutions to IT and related problems with a good balance of cost, effort, risk.
A team player who is excited to learn and grow within the company and drive the business forward
