Job Role Summary

As a Marketing (CX) Consultant, you will be an expert in marketing strategy and the MarTech space at Huble Digital.

This will include consulting with clients around their business and marketing needs, compiling strategy and technology architecture, configuring technology and managing change.

The successful candidate will work with our portfolio of clients to drive customer experience and technology success and process transformation by:

- Understanding the clients needs and processes

- Defining, strategising and implementing marketing processes and automation programmes

- Proposing solutions for improving or configuring technology

- Ensuring the right solutions are being used for the client’s needs, goals and business strategy across the marketing tech stack

You will be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest technology features, products, and changes to existing software and help train internal members on these changes.

As a Marketing Consultant, you will help define how success is measured on each tech solution, proving reporting and insights for the client. You will ensure integrated reporting across the tech solutions to enable closed-loop reporting and ensure integrations meet these criteria.

KEY skills we are looking for


2+ years of HubSpot use (or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platform). 3+ years experience in a digital consultancy working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation and training)


Relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Strategy. (A BComm Honours, BBusSci in Marketing, Masters in Marketing or Business). A minimum of 2-3 years in a Digital and or technical Agency.


A solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, Pardot, Marketo, etc.). Basic HTML and CSS Knowledge and understanding. A solid understanding of Inbound Marketing and Customer Experience Marketing


Passion for solving for the customer. Driven and takes initiative and always looks for new and better ways to do things. Very solution oriented (with experience in business and marketing), research driven and analytical


Thrives in a fast-paced and agency-style team environment and can easily adapt to changing market and organisational requirements. Skilled at handling fast-paced, short lead-time requests requests and multiple projects at a time


Excellent communicator with superb interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. You can build great client relationships and show an enthusiasm and passion for your work
