Job Role Summary

Key performance areas will include the following:

*Written content creation for the Huble Digital website and blog:

    ** Responsible for the content and messaging across the Huble Digital German and English website, with a key focus on the headlines and messaging to ensure we are attracting and resonating with our ideal customer profile

* German video content creation:

    ** Take full ownership of any Huble Digital German video content. You will have access to external resources to support with video editing if required.

* Growing the employer brand:

    ** Growing the Huble Digital Germany employer brand, ensuring our website and social media channels are properly promoting our company value

KEY skills we are looking for

Communication

Superb written and oral communications, an ability to interview internal employees, as well as industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts (and other content formats)

Experience

Proven work experience as a German Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role

Knowledge

Experience knowing how to identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics of content based on direct customer feedback

Detail Oriented

Have a good eye for design detail, ensuring all design meets the company corporate identity guidelines
