Key performance areas will include the following:
*Content creation for the Huble Digital brand:
** Responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of the Huble Digital blog and customer stories as well as the content and messaging across all Huble Digital collateral
* Social Media Management:
** Taking full ownership of the Huble Digital social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook and building the brand social strategy and online community
* Audio and Video Content:
** Taking full ownership of our Digital Surfing podcast and any Huble Digital video content this includes finding guests, booking recordings edited, publishing content and promoting it on our social channels.
* Employer Brand:
** Growing the Huble Digital Germany employer brand, ensuring our website and social media channels are properly promoting our company values and vacancies.
Superb written and oral communications, an ability to interview internal employees, as well as industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts (and other content formats)
3-5 years of work experience as a Content Marketer, Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role as well as hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. HubSpot)
Experience knowing how to identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics of content based on direct customer feedback
Have a good eye for design detail, ensuring all design meets the company corporate identity guidelines
