Did you know HubSpot has an easy integration with WhatsApp? In this blog post, we show you how to use your most common HubSpot sales tools natively within WhatsApp.

Social messaging app, WhatsApp, is one the largest social mediums globally, reporting over 2 billion users of their messaging app in February 2020. 

So, it’s no surprise then that in a world of on-the-go digital and an (arguable harmful) work culture to keep your phone buzzing around the clock, businesses have looked at using WhatsApp for business – whether that’s for marketing or sales – to reach their prospects in a way that suits them better.   

If you’re a HubSpot user and you spend a lot of time on WhatsApp for business, or are looking to do so in the future, you’re going to want to use a lot of your HubSpot sales tools natively within the platform. 

Luckily, HubSpot has an easy integration with WhatsApp, allowing you quickly connect the two via the HubSpot app. This means you can use all your most common HubSpot sales tools natively within WhatsApp, including:

  • HubSpot’s keyboard - toggle between your Apple/Samsung and HubSpot keyboard 

  • Meeting links – easily send your meeting links to customers or prospects

  • HubSpot documents/ quotes/ snippets – find all your HubSpot documents directly within WhatsApp

  • Tracking your sales calls
