HubSpot accreditations are a crucial part of this strategy, as these credentials validate our level of expertise in specific areas and are a testament to our expertise in providing enterprise-level clients with top-tier HubSpot services.

HubSpot accreditations are intended for solutions partner organisations that provide exceptional quality, service, and strategic insight to support the success of HubSpot customers. 

Unlike certifications, which are for individuals, HubSpot accreditations are awarded to solutions partner organisations that consistently demonstrate a high level of expertise and commitment to delivering first-rate solutions to clients.

To qualify for a HubSpot accreditation, solutions partners need to prove their proficiency, capability, and practical knowledge necessary to service clients with intricate technical and business requirements.

HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation

The HubSpot Platform Enablement Accreditation verifies our proficiency and strategic expertise in promoting user adoption by providing tailored HubSpot training to large teams and effectively managing change.

To attain this accreditation, we had to demonstrate not only product-specific knowledge but also the ability to provide strategic and operational guidance, make data-driven decisions, design effective training programs, and manage classrooms effectively.

To qualify, we must have previously developed and implemented customised, multi-Hub solutions. 

To showcase this work, we submitted our onboarding plan for Boveda, which included measurement of the revenue attributed to marketing activities and abandoned cart work, measurement of engagement and effectiveness of content, giving sales visibility of the customer journey, and syncing of HubSpot and Netsuite.

We also shared our solution architecture and integrations design work we did for a client which involved implementing HubSpot and migrating data from various email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact and Pardot, integrating into systems such as Salesforce, Azure Synapse, CMS2 and BrandHub, and pushing performance and analytics data into Azure Synapse for corporate reporting purposes via PowerBI.

HubSpot Platform Enablement Accreditation

The HubSpot Onboarding Accreditation validates our abilities and strategic expertise in successfully onboarding large enterprise clients onto the HubSpot platform.

Apart from possessing product-specific knowledge, we had to demonstrate exceptional skills and experience in project and stakeholder management, change management, and maintaining professionalism throughout the sales and discovery processes.

Additionally, we had to have executed large-scale onboarding processes to qualify. 

To this end, we submitted the training and change management plan we developed for more than 1,000 users for Avison Young, increasing CRM adoption from 23% to 90% in just four months.

We also shared the customised training we ran for two of our clients, which saw us cater to visual, auditory & kinesthetic learners. For one client, we designed, customised, and delivered training across various business units, while for the second client we developed and delivered a high-level training session for senior stakeholders and team-specific sessions across various business units.
