Grab your coffee, block out the day... Grow with Inbound is back for 2020 and going international. But what can you expect on the day, and why should you join us? In this blog, Matthew Creswick from Huble Digital gives 5 reasons why #Grow20 is an event you can't afford to miss.

(PS. you can sign up for #Grow20 here)

1. Find out what HubSpot is gearing up for in 2021

Aside from Inbound 2020 – HubSpot’s annual conference held in Boston, Massachusetts (which will be held online for the first time ever in September) – Grow with Inbound 2020 is the only place where you can hear from HubSpot’s big cheeses.

We’ll be interviewing Brian Halligan, HubSpot’s CEO, Christian Kinnear, HubSpot’s VP and Managing Director for EMEA, and Shahid Nizami, HubSpot’s Managing Director for APAC. Three marketing and sales experts covering three different regions.

In these interviews, you can expect to hear more about how HubSpot are dealing with the current pandemic, what’s new in the world of marketing and sales (as well as what’s on the cards for HubSpot), what’s changed and what the focus for next year will be.

If you’re a marketer, salesperson, customer service representative or business leader, you can’t afford to miss the insight that these three will offer. It could change the way you do things and set you up for success in 2020 and beyond.

2. Plan your marketing and comms better for 2021

The world is changing – that much is clear – but the question is: how do you prepare for and embrace that change?

As an international consultancy that works with businesses around the globe, we know that a one-size-fits-all approach never works. Everything must be tailored specifically to the needs and expectations of your business’s target audience. And with that in mind, we’ve brought together some of the foremost experts to help you develop a strategy for the future, one which attracts, engages, converts and delights prospects at every stage of the buyer’s journey. Here are a few things to look forward to:

How to adapt your marketing plan going into 2021

Matthew Creswick, Huble Digital’s Managing Director for Singapore will interview Aaron Soh, HubSpot’s Head of Channel Sales for SEA, Greater China & India, on the topic of marketing strategy and how to adapt a plan for 2021. Expect this session to cover everything from the current state of the market to how to leverage new tools and trends to achieve success.

How Inbound PR can empower your COVID-19 communication strategy

Forget the ‘new normal’, it’s all about how you refine your PR strategy so that it aligns closely with your marketing and sales activity.

In this session, Jon Brown, Huble Digital’s Senior PR Account Manager, delves into the changes we’ve experienced as a business during COVID-19 – and how those changes have made Inbound PR more relevant and potent than ever. Tune in to find out how you can use the tenets of Inbound PR to build brand awareness, communicate with potential prospects, empower customers and remain successful moving into 2021.

The future of search marketing – what’s now, what’s next?

Search is changing. You no longer need to input precise search queries to find the information you are looking for: search engines understand your intent.

Nowadays, search engines utilise several variables to produce accurate search results: search history, location, device, time, proximity and so on. They can differentiate between requests for information and searches that indicate an intent to purchase, and they know to look at semantic searches to deliver results related to queries.

However, search engines have gone a step further. Facilitated by natural language processing (NLP) and voice assistants like Alexa and Siri, voice search is becoming increasingly popular.

And it’s incredibly accurate.

In this presentation, Dan Golden, Vice President of Huble Digital USA, delves into how search is changing (including voice search), what’s next and how you can turn this information into actionable strategies for your business.

3. Find out how ‘digitally mature’ your business is

If COVID-19 has taught us anything, it’s that business resilience and the ability to respond to change are absolutely essential in the digital-first world.

Indeed, this year has been one of unprecedented change and has prompted businesses around the globe to reassess their “fitness” for the future, especially as remote working seems to be set to continue for some time to come.

But what does this mean for you? Here are a few sessions to look out for:

Taking payments online with HubSpot and Stripe

Want to streamline your online payments? This session has you covered. Join Daryn Smith, Huble Digital’s Chief Strategy Officer, and Jon Stona, Stripe’s Head of APAC Marketing, as they discuss why businesses need to be taking payments via their website and how the HubSpot and Stripe integration makes it a reality.

How digitally mature is your business and how mature do you want to be?

In this session, Daryn Smith, investigates how to critically assess a business’s digital maturity and just how digitally mature a business needs to get.

If you want your business to survive the digital-first world we live in today, this session is a must-attend!

How to manage remote sales teams effectively

With the world going remote and face-to-face client meetings not an option for the time being, Daryn Smith and Andrei Sochala, Aircall’s Director of Sales, put their heads together to discuss how businesses can set up remote sales teams using the Aircall and HubSpot integration.

4. Learn why recruitment, culture and remote working are so important in 2021

One of the cornerstones of a successful business is the people that work for it. If you can create an enjoyable, inclusive and challenging (in the right way), work environment – you’ve already laid part of the foundation for business success.

However, while simple in theory – developing an amazing workplace takes time and effort.

In this session, Jessica Packer, Huble Digital’s Managing Director, interviews Katie Burke, HubSpot’s Chief People Officer, on the topic of creating the world’s best workplace.

5. Learn the techniques you can use to win and delight enterprise-scale customers

Want to score big business in 2020 and beyond? We’ve got several sessions that focus on winning and delighting enterprise customers using specific technologies and tactics. Here are the sessions you can look forward to:

Using HubSpot to win enterprise-level deals

Join Rowley Cubitt, Huble’s Head of New Business, and Olivia Kirwan, one of HubSpot’s Strategic Channel Account Managers, as they discuss how you can utilise the tools available in HubSpot to win specific deals. This session will include best practices, what you should be doing during the sales process and some unique tips and tricks.

How video content can help deliver a friction-free buying experience

Are you using video as part of your marketing and sales strategy? You should. Join us as Tyler Lessard, Vidyard’s VP of Marketing looks at how businesses are using online video content to clearly explain what they do, answer key questions buyers have and to build relationships long before anyone picks up a phone.

Who wouldn’t want such a streamlined buying experience?

How are enterprises using HubSpot Service Hub?

Are businesses making the most of the technology HubSpot’s Service Hub offers? Taryn Reyneke, Huble’s Head of Technology Consulting, hosts a panel discussion with Corrie Freudenstein, Leybold’s Head of Marketing, and Gayle Wheaton, HubSpot’s Go-to-Market Strategy Director, focusing on how businesses can make the best use of HubSpot’s Service Hub.

Winning at customer experience

You know them, you love them: Monzo. We’ve been lucky enough to get Jack Cully, Monzo’s Product Marketing Manager, in to talk about how Monzo has nailed their customer experience strategy, enabling them to not only transform the banking industry but also delight their customers. Joining him will be Jess Gamble, Huble’s Head of Client Services.

It’s a jam-packed agenda that features every aspect of marketing and sales you need to care about in 2020, 2021 and beyond. If you’re looking to elevate your business to the next level and prepare for what the future has in store, Grow with Inbound is the place to be.
